As we wake from winter, we look for playful courage to move beyond old patterns. We need our imaginations and each other to envision new possibilities. Through journaling, movement, and Reiki, we create a workshop, with themes inspired by Tricia Hersey’s work*, to invite both trickster and dreamer energy, where together, we can pause, reflect, and dream the seeds for a whole new world.
All are welcome - no prior experience with writing, dance, and/or reiki needed. Light refreshments provided.
This in-person, two-hour mindful venture is guided by Shea Birth & Healing founder, Keely Shea, Perennial Doula founder, Christina Maul, and hosted at Leslie Moore’s The Candle Creation Bar.
