What are your materials made from?
We are an eco-conscious brand which means we search for the most transparent and highest quality products and brands to partner with.

Our wax is 100% domestically grown, kosher soy wax with no added chemicals. It’s also compostable.

Our fragrances are a blend of essential oils and botanical extracts, and are always free from ✖ Carcinogens✖ Mutagens✖ Reproductive toxins✖ Organ toxins✖ Acute toxins.

Our wicks are 100% unbleached paper and cotton and are lead-free. Our candle vessels are reusable, recyclable and purchased from companies in the US.

Do you allow walk-ins?
No, currently we are set up by appointment only so we have time to prep for each workshop.

Are children welcome to join?
Yes! Ages 9 +

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop, we require at least 48 hours (5 days for private bookings) in order to receive your deposit back or apply it to your rescheduled date. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours from your time, your deposit is not refundable. If you “no-show” you will be charged the full amount of $36. We hope you understand.

What are the maximum and minimum amount of people I can have in my group?
You can book up to 6 online and 7-15 for a private group. For an off-site workshop, our max is 24. If you are a party of 1, we please ask that you book at a time when others will be present or we can reschedule you to a time that works for both of us.

When will my candle be ready to take home?
As early as our next business day. We are usually open Tuesday-Wednesday, Friday-Saturday, but please check our Google hours first. If you are not local, shipping is available for a small fee.

How much does the workshop cost?
You pay a $22 deposit at the time of booking and there is an option for a $36 or $48 vessel at the workshop. Tipping is not mandatory, but if you had a stellar experience, it is very appreciated. Private or offsite groups will incur an extra travel fee.

Can I bring my own candle vessel?
We are currently not accepting outside vessels. If you would like for your recycled, clean vessels to be filled, please contact emily@yosoycandle.com for scent and price options.

Can I BYOB or bring food?
You may bring your own canned beverages and no food is permitted at this time. Please inquire about private group food and beverage options. Bring a water bottle with you if you are often thirsty. Beverage service is coming soon!

Do you offer off-site workshops?
Yes! Please reach out if you have an offsite event.
