We are thrilled to host you for your private event! Whether it be for team building, a birthday party or another special event, we have you covered for a memorable experience.

We offer an in-studio, mobile or pop up style experience. Below is everything you need to know about pricing and other details:

1. In studio: Private groups of 6-18 participants are required to have the space to yourselves. If you have less than 6 participants you are welcomed to book through our online scheduler.

2. The candle making/Slow Pleasures classes are 60 minutes and fully guided by the founder (Leslie.)

3. This workshop practices intention, self reflection and there will be five journaling questions woven into the experience which will help you with creating a personal empowerment statement. These specific prompts are themed towards conversation, team bonding, group connection or can be custom themed for your special event

4. All materials are included to make a 9-ounce up to a 16-ounce soy candle. We have a variety of candle vessels to choose from, and they range from $36 or $48. We also offer dried flowers ($5) and crystals ($7) to add for extra abundant vibes! Your starting price is $36 per person and you can decide to upgrade from there.

5. Your candle will be ready to pick up the next open business day (Check The Candle Creation Bar hours on Google Maps. They change weekly, but we are usually open Wed-Sat.) or it can be shipped for a small fee. For mobiles, we leave the candle with you.

6. Your total is due at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is 5 days to cancel or reschedule. Anything after 5 days will not receive a refund. For mobile, a $200 deposit is due to hold your date and the balance is due within 7 days of your event.

7. We have alcoholic and n/a beverages + small batch (GF/V) snacks. Oregon wine and seasonal mimosas are also available! *Please inquire about private party food and beverage options.

8. If you would like to add on social/activity time after your workshop, prices start at $50 per 30 mins or $90 per hour.

9. Bringing in outside food or beverages is not permitted. You are welcomed to add on time extra if you would like a feast!

10. We offer mobile workshops and pop ups for up to 24 (more for pop up) participants and a travel fee. Minimum is $500 and the pricing per person is the same.

11. A pop up experience is more of a casual and social choice where you will get to blend your own candle scent and we transform it into a candle for you!
